Which blockchains will shut down before 2028?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed chain officially announces, between market creation and December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, that its mainnet will permanently shut down. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Announcements alone will qualify to resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the blockchain actually shuts down. Testnet shutdowns, temporary outages, rebrands, and upgrades or migrations where the chain continues operating will not qualify. Announcements that are retracted or confirmed to be unauthorized (e.g., from a compromised account) within 24 hours, or that are clearly made in jest, will not qualify. The resolution source for this market will be each listed project's project pages and official or verified public channels.
